Answer: No. Chillers ® Gift Cards never expire.
Are there set denominations for Chillers ® Gift Cards?
Answer: You may choose the value of a gift card in any amount, from $5 to $250.
Can I reuse or add value to my Gift Cards?
Answer: Yes, Chillers ® Gift Cards may be reused and/or value added to them at any time.
What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Answer: Treat your Chillers ® Gift Card as you would cash. Lost and/or stolen Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Where can I use my Chillers ® Gift Card?
Answer: The Chillers ® Gift Card is accepted at any Chillers ® location. You may also use your Chillers gift card at Zesto Ice Cream located in New Albany, IN and Clarksville, IN .
Is there a minimum for catering an event?
Answer: If you would like us to cater your event, you will need to have 150 guests or more attending. If you would like us to sell ice cream at your event, you will need to have 200 guests or more attending.
What are the costs involved with catering?
Answer: If we are selling ice cream at your event there is no charge. If we are catering your event, we charge prices close to what our stores charge, which is $2.50 for a single dip. Having an ice cream sundae bar or larger portions is an additional expense. Two workers will be needed at a price of $10 per hour for a minimum of two hours.
Are you willing to catering in Kentucky?
Answer: We currently only cater events held in Indiana at this time.
How old do you have to be to work at Chillers® Ice Cream?

Where do I drop off my application when Chillers® Ice Cream is closed for the season?
Answer: You can put your application in the mailbox, or you can wait until
we open. We'll be looking through applications a few days after we open. Thank you for your interest.

When will you have a certain sherbet flavor?
Answer: Chillers ® Ice Cream rotates its sherbet flavor weekly, sometimes sooner. Chillers ® Homemade Orange Sherbet is by far the
most popular, and that is why it is made the most often. However, if you would like to request a particular flavor feel free to submit a request.
Does Chillers ® Ice Cream do any type of fundraising, or donations?
Answer: Yes, Chillers ® Ice Cream recognizes the need for community involvement and frequently gives back to all types of organizations
